On Wednesday evenings, St. Luke’s offers a Centering Prayer service in the sanctuary from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. As our contemplative community has grown, desire for more opportunities for practice, connection and teaching has grown as well!

We are excited to announce the formation of a Contemplative Study Group ministry that will meet Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. in the downstairs classroom. This new ministry will focus on teaching and fellowship, but will also offer retreats and other seasonal events! • August (8,15, 22 & 29): Breathing Practice and the Chambers of the Heart, led by David Marihart.
• September: Sacred Words: Sharing Poems and Passages that Inspire, led by David Judd
• October and November: Reading and Discussing The Wisdom Jesus by Cynthia Bourgeault, led by Linda Franklin.
• December (5, 12, 19): Full of Grace: St. Mary as an Icon of Contemplative Life, led by Fr. Brian Rebholtz
