Join the Contemplative Practice Study Group for our August learning series: The Chambers of the Heart. David Marihart will be leading the first series, bringing his experience in Sufi spirituality to Centering Prayer. All are welcome! No experience with Centering Prayer or meditation is required! We'll meet downstairs at 5:45 on Wednesdays in August.

The first class will focus on "Awareness of Breath". Other topics will include "Use of Breath and the Heart", and "Use of Breath in Centering Prayer." See you there!
