Phil Mulford, Sexton

Phil joined St. Luke’s approximately ten years ago. He has always been quite handy around the church over the years, so we made it official as the church sexton in 2023.

A sexton is someone who is employed by the church to handle maintenance.

Melissa Lovin, Parish Ministry Coordinator

Melissa joined us in the fall of 2023 in an administrative capacity, but she actually has a history with St. Luke’s. Her parents, brother and herself joined St. Luke’s in 1986. She was married in the church in 1996 and both her daughters were baptized here. She raised her family in Rocklin and attended the Episcopal church in Rocklin during that time.
